Workplace Forms bietet eine Designumgebung mit der man sehr einfach dynamische Formulare mit SAP integrieren kann, ohne eigenen Programmcode entwickeln zu müssen. Dadurch können derartige Projekte schneller und kostengünstiger implementiert werden. Als Frontend zu SAP Geschäftsanwendungen und -prozessen bietet Workplace Forms einige entscheidende Vorteile zu herkömmlichen Lösungen, wie z.B. ein intuitives, Rollenbasiertes Userinterface, Offline Arbeit und digitale Signaturen.
In diesem Vortrag wird das Design und Ergebnis einer Beispielanwendung vorgestellt, die mit Hilfe der Forms Services Platform einige SAP Prozesse als HR Self Service Applikation anbietet.
Workplace Forms delivers a forms development environment that allows you to easily integrate forms with SAP without having to write a lot of code. Writing less code means projects can be completed more quickly, which can lead to lower maintenance and growth costs, while helping succeeding projects come to market more quickly. When used as a front-end to SAP business applications and processes, Workplace Forms enables you to leverage some distinctive benefits like e.g. role based, intuitive user interfaces, offline working and digital signatures. This session will guide you through the development and runtime of an example application that integrates Workplace Forms with SAP using the Workplace Forms Services Platform.
