Conference Days can be booked separately as follows: One-Day-Attendance of the Conference Program for 60% of the complete fee in the corresponding price category One-Day-Attendance of the Conference Program and the Evening Event for 75% of the complete fee in the corresponding price category (Please note the desired day in the field "Remarks")

Supplementary Provisions
Member rates are valid for attendees of COMMON Deutschland and DNUG.
Members of GWUG get 15% discount of the corresponding fee for nonmembers.

Written confirmation of your registration and accounting will be effected by DNUG. Supplementary Provisions
To claim the Early Bird rate, registration has to come in to the office of DNUG or COMMON Deutschland by 2007-08-10!

Claiming of member conditions presupposes payment of the annual membership fee.

Please pay your conference fee after receipt of registration confirmation/invoice by 2007-08-31 (receipt of payment). Your conference participation is guaranteed only after payment! Registering after 2007-08-31, we kindly ask you to pay immediately after receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation
If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute can be named free of charge until one week before the conference.
A processing fee of 130.00 EURO (plus VAT) will be imposed for cancellation of a registration from 2007-08-01 by 2007-09-12 . In case of cancellation after this date or non-arrival to the conference the full conference fee will be charged.

Booking of Accommodation
Each attendee takes on the booking of accommodation himself. Get special rates by booking in time at one of the hotels listed in the invitation / on the website. The discount rates for the hotels can be guaranteed only until 2007-08-07.
We will send you a journey description to the venue together with the confirmation of registration.

Conference program subject to alterations by the organizer.
